A clear path to your collection.
Develop your sample
Sampling usually takes one week. A sampling fee applies and is refunded when you place the finished-goods order, including 30-piece orders.
Approve & produce
Approve your sample and pay the 50% deposit. A 30-piece order typically dispatches in 15 days; larger runs are scheduled by quantity, generally within one month.
Check & dispatch
We check the garments and arrange shipment. The remaining balance is due before loading. Bank transfer and PayPal are accepted.

Our production factory in Changping, Beijing brings more than 30 years of knitwear experience, including small-batch development for Beijing designer brands.
BAICAN and the factory are separate companies under the same operator. BAICAN manages overseas contracts, payment and export; the factory handles production.

Can I mix sizes and colours?
Yes. The minimum is 30 pieces per style, with mixed sizes and colours. Share your proposed breakdown so we can confirm the production details.
Can you work from a reference image?
Yes. We can help with yarn selection, fit and construction. You should have permission to use any design materials you provide.
Is international delivery included in the lead time?
No. The stated production time ends at dispatch. Shipping method, transit time and costs are confirmed with your quotation.
